Dental implants (implantology) Zug
An implant is a titanium or ceramic screw which is inserted in the jawbone in a surgical procedure and acts as a replacement root. The replacement tooth (crown, bridge or removable denture) is then attached to the dental implant.
Implants can be used to replace a single tooth, close a gap of one or more missing teeth, restore a shortened dental arch or provide a solution for a toothless jaw. Ask our implantologist. We will be happy to advise you.
